─── S.LEGAL.03 / REFUND ───

Refund Policy.

When refunds happen, when they don't, and how to reach us.

1. Overview

Because the Service incurs compute cost when cover builds and certain exports run, purchases are generally non-refundable once the corresponding credits have been consumed for a successful deliverable. We still apply this policy in good faith and will correct clear billing mistakes and miscounted failures as described below.

2. Successful Deliveries, Failures, and Credits

When a cover build or paid production export completes successfully and credits are charged (or included at no extra charge under your plan), we treat that as delivery of a digital good. We do not refund purely subjective dissatisfaction with stylistic results when the Service operated as described.

If a billable cover build or production export fails on our side (for example an error, blank file, or corrupted output) and credits were reserved or charged in error, we will restore the credits or, where restoration is not practical, issue a refund or account credit for that action. If a failed attempt is miscounted as successful, contact [email protected] with timestamps and, if available, the build or export identifier shown in the app.

3. Unused Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate partial periods. Refunds for unused subscription cycles may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the most recent charge, provided no successful billable cover builds or paid exports have been used in that cycle.

4. Day Pass

The Day Pass (50 credits, no expiration) is a one-off purchase and is non-refundable once any of its credits are used. Unused Day Passes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced a critical system failure not covered by this policy, please reach out to our team before initiating a chargeback. We respond within 48 hours.
