Privacy Policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, and how it stays yours.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you use FRAMECULT:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and preferred name/alias.
- Newsletter (Signal list): If you opt in via the site footer, we store your email address to send occasional product and release-desk updates. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in each message or by contacting [email protected].
- Generation Data: We store the prompts, artist names, track titles, and resulting images you generate to provide you with your private library and history.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe or buy a Day Pass, payment is processed by Polar.sh as merchant of record. Polar collects the billing details required to complete checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers on FRAMECULT servers.
2. Usage Data and Analytics
We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited. This helps us monitor performance and improve the user experience. No advertising trackers.
3. Use of AI and Third-Party Services
FRAMECULT uses third-party AI cover-build infrastructure and cloud providers to process your inputs and generate artwork. By using our service, you acknowledge that your text inputs (artist name, track title, mood note) may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your cover. We do not sell your prompts or build history to third parties for advertising. A current list of subprocessors is available on request: [email protected].
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data and generated library as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our active databases.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies to maintain your logged-in session and save preferences. We may also use non-essential cookies for basic analytics, which you can opt out of using our cookie consent manager.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure.
