Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with 3 free designs. No credit card required. Use them, see the output, then pick a plan only if it works for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click from your account page. The current billing cycle finishes out — you keep your designs and library — and the subscription stops at period end. No clawback, no fees, no awkward email exchange.
What happens if I run out of designs mid-cycle?
Two options. Buy a Day Pass ($29 for 50 designs) without changing your tier — Day Pass credits never expire and stack on top of your subscription. Or upgrade to a higher tier and the new cycle starts immediately with the higher allowance.
Do unused designs roll over?
Subscription designs do not roll over — they reset at the start of each cycle. Day Pass designs do NOT expire and stay in your account until used.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by Polar.sh as the merchant of record. Polar accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select regional methods. VAT (EU), GST, and US state sales tax are calculated and remitted automatically by Polar — you do not have to think about it.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — annual billing is roughly two months free across every subscription tier (17% discount). Switch between monthly and annual at any time from your account.
Do you offer refunds?
The full policy is on the refund page. For accidental charges in the first 24 hours we approve refunds same-day. For unused mid-cycle time, we evaluate case by case via [email protected].
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Yes. Every cover from a paid plan or Day Pass is fully yours for commercial use — Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp uploads, merch print, promo videos, ads. Free trial designs are personal-use only until you subscribe.
What is the partner / affiliate program?
Partners get a code that gives their audience 50% off the first month and earn a 20% commission on the first transaction. Apply on the partners page.
I'm a label — what does Label tier actually include?
Up to 15 artist slots in a shared workspace, custom lane personas built with the studio (your own visual signature, not a public lane), 1,500 designs per month, and a private channel for direct creative feedback. Email [email protected] to set it up.
