Rules for using the FRAMECULT release desk.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FRAMECULT ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
FRAMECULT provides an AI-powered release artwork system specifically designed for the music industry. Users can build, view, and export artwork based on provided release details and selected visual lanes.
3. Intellectual Property and Output Rights
- User Input: You retain all rights to any original text or concepts you input into the Service.
- Generated Assets: Upon full payment for a release kit, successful build package, or manual Label Mode service, you are granted a full commercial, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the generated images and exports (the "Output") for any purpose, including commercial album covers and merchandise.
- Service IP: The FRAMECULT platform, including its original code, design systems, typographic overlays, and stylistic logic, remain the exclusive property of FRAMECULT and its licensors.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
- Infringing on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Designed to exploit or harm minors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription tiers and Day Passes are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Successful builds and release workspaces remain attached to your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle and access continues through any paid period.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FRAMECULT, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the site.
