Refund Policy.

When refunds happen, when they don't, and how to reach us.

1. Overview

Due to the nature of AI generation and compute costs, FRAMECULT operates on a non-refundable basis for utilized successful builds or generated assets. However, we strive to ensure you receive high-quality outputs and operate the policy in good faith.

2. Digital Goods

Because the service provides immediate access to digital assets and incurs processing costs upon generation, we cannot offer refunds for covers that have already been generated, downloaded, or exported to your library.

3. Generation Failures

If a technical error on our end causes a generation to fail, error out, or result in an entirely blank/corrupted file, that failed attempt will not count as a successful build. If the system counts it incorrectly, please contact [email protected] with the timestamp of the error and we will restore the credit.

4. Unused Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate partial periods. Refunds for unused subscription cycles may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the most recent charge, provided no successful generations have been used in that cycle.

5. Day Pass

The Day Pass (50 designs, no expiration) is a one-off purchase and is non-refundable once any of its credits are used. Unused Day Passes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced a critical system failure not covered by this policy, please reach out to our team before initiating a chargeback. We respond within 48 hours.
